Karlsruhe/Germany, 26th July 2007. CAS Software AG presents the new CAS genesisWorld Version 9 at the SYSTEMS in Munich and at the CRM-expo in Nuremberg. From october 23 to 26, visitors at the SYSTEMS, the leading business-to-business trade fair for IT, multimedia and communications, will have the time and opportunity to discover the smart functions of the new version. On november 7 and 8, visitors of the CRM-expo, the leading trade fair for customer relationship management, will enjoy the new features of Version 9. Some of the highlights include new revolutionary features for address management, free configurable customer and project dashboard for a quick overview as well as time-saving functions for daily work processes.

A breakthrough in address management

The new version of the smart CRM solution by the German market leader in the SME sector features new highlights in the area of address management. The new address wizard analyses unstructured contact data and transforms them automatically into a well-structured address data record. Information such as company, name, phone number, email or URL are automatically identified and entered in the corresponding fields. The new consistency check already monitors data when they are entered or changed, informs the user of inconsistencies or complements missing input. The duplicate check is combined with the integration into Omikron AdressCenter. The database is checked for duplicates and addresses are merged easily. Address service providers like bedirect or YellowMap provide improvement suggestions via reference databases. If desired, the user obtains additional data concerning employees or turnover and further information about responsibilities in the company. Another option to make daily work easier is the free of charge add-on tool CAS info@click, which can be downloaded at www.cas.de/infoclick (only in German).

Smart functions make daily work easier

Numerous new elements enable users to configure individual customer and project cockpits in addition to the already existing company cockpit. Thus, users can display all relevant information with just one mouse click in a well-structured overview. Quick information is obtained by the new “Twin list” feature: with a combination of different contents, the user displays e.g. the turnover accomplished with new fair leads.

A lot more functionalities make CAS genesisWorld Version 9 with the user-friendly Vista design a real helper for your daily work. Your CRM solution with 42,000 users is presented by CAS Software AG together with their partners at the SYSTEMS, in Hall A1, Booth 320, and at the CRM-expo in Nuremberg, on november 7 and 8.
