Smart CRM with innovative functions
Karlsruhe/Germany, 1st August 2007. The CRM solution CAS genesisWorld is now
available in the new Version 9. The latest software solution developed by CAS Software AG, the German market
leader in the SME sector, offers new intelligent features and time-saving functions for daily work
processes. Profiting from their long-term experience, the software experts from Karlsruhe have continually
developed their CRM software CAS genesisWorld and are now presenting their new version with
numerous smart functionalities. Highlights are new revolutionary features for address management, free
configurable customer and project dashboards for a quick overview as well as time-saving functions to
improve daily work processes.
A breakthrough in address management: keeping addresses automatically up-to-date
The new version of the smart CRM solution by the German market leader in the
SME sector features new highlights in the area of address management. The new address wizard analyses unstructured
contact data and transforms them automatically into a well-structured address data record, checks for duplicates
and creates the data records directly in CAS genesisWorld. Information such as company, name, phone number,
email or URL are automatically identified and entered in the corresponding fields. The new consistency check
monitors data while they are entered or changed, informs the user of inconsistencies or complements missing
input like e.g. post code/town/country, sort code/bank, first name/address format, etc. The
duplicate check is combined with the integration into Omikron AdressCenter, the German market leader for CRM
duplicate check, which allows the database to be checked for duplicates and addresses to be merged
easily. An integration into reference databases of address service providers like bedirect or Schober/YellowMap
makes it possible to check, correct and enhance addresses with data referring to the number of
employees, turnover or contact persons and their role. Another option to make daily work easier is the free of
charge add-on tool CAS info@click, which can be downloaded at
www.cas.de/infoclick (only in German).
With CAS Info@Click, address information from external data sources, like e-mail signatures, Internet pages,
Word or PDF files etc., can be directly entered and checked for duplicates in CAS genesisWorld. Sophisticated
search functions across several applications and translating options are fully integrated in CAS Info@Click.
More transparency for users: Dashboards, MindManager integration
In addition to the company dashboard, users are now able to create individual
customer and project dashboards. With new elements, users can display analysis or the latest status with just one
mouse click. Thus, all relevant information is at hand. Quick information is obtained by the new “Twin list”
feature: with a combination of different contents, the user displays e.g. the turnover accomplished with new
fair leads. Daily work is made easier with the new integration into MindManager, the market leader for
Mindmapping: In MindManager, CAS genesisWorld data and their linked information are displayed in a
well-structured overview. CRM data is visualized as Mindmap, can be edited and enhanced with additional information
and is then retransferred to CAS genesisWorld. Also brainstorming results can be saved as CAS genesisWorld
data via direct transfer from MindManager.
