Karlsruhe/Germany, 12th August 2008. CAS Software AG, German market leader for CRM in the SME sector, announces the release of the new Version 10 of its CRM solution CAS genesisWorld. The version, with some fundamental changes, offers small and midsize enterprises a solution tailored to their needs: CAS genesisWorld is available in two editions which can be enhanced with additional modules for users. The new concept of modulisation but also the new features and functionalities make CAS genesisWorld Version 10 a great tool for efficient and time-saving work. Users will love the newly redesigned user interface in Windows design, only one of the highlights of the new version. Other highlights include preconfigured reports for quick evaluations and the possibility to correctly enter international addresses in any country format with the right Unicode character set.

High flexibility: Two CAS genesisWorld editions for better working

CAS genesisWorld Version 10 is available in the Standard Edition and in the Premium Edition. The Standard Edition includes the CRM standard package with all important CRM functionalities. The Premium Version includes additional features like an RAG rating functionality for projects and extensive functions for mobile working. Tailored to SMEs: The two editions can be installed parallel in a company, depending on the different working requirements of each employee. Switching from one to the other edition is possible at anytime.

Modules facilitate individual working processes

New modules and integrations further enhance the working performance of both editions. Modules can individually be deployed for each user and users can work with any combination. With the release of Version 10, eight new modules for management, sales and marketing are available. The additional Marketing module offers functions for creating and evaluating campaigns split into several phases on a graphical interface. Users who prefer flexibility and mobility, will profit from the Mobility module which provides Internet access, access for employees who are away on business with PDAs and smartphones, and synchronisation between laptop and head office via replication.

New services, optimised address management

Address management has been further optimised in the new version which improves the quality of contact data in your company. Search options have been further refined with the phonetic search function and the additional link search in the Premium Edition.

Working across country borders

The new version is released in the standard languages German, English, French and Italian. Eight more languages are available. CAS genesisWorld supports Unicode character sets to correctly enter international addresses. Enter e.g. Greek or Cyrillic addresses, search and manage them in the database. CAS Software AG presents the new editions and modules of CAS genesisWorld Version 10 at the autumn fair trades SYSTEMS (21-24 October in Munich, Hall A1, Booth 225B) and CRM expo (5/6 November in Nuremberg).
