System requirements for CAS teamWorks- Version 7

System requirements vary depending on their usage. They are influenced by various important factors, such as number and intensity of users, data volume, etc. The following specifications are minimum requirements corresponding to average operation characteristics.

Server

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Standard and Desktop Edition (MSDE)
• Oracle 9i, Standard and Enterprise Edition

Client

CAS teamWorks can be used platform independent if you work with the following browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5
• Netscape-Browser Version 7 and later
• Mozilla-Browser Version 10 and later
• Opera-Browser Version 8 and later
• Firefox Version 1.0 and later

Only 32-bist systems are supported.

Releases

We support both the latest operating system version and their forerunners. Variances may occur when e.g. new versions are released a short time ago or forerunner versions are still popular among our customers.

The same applies to each third party software which runs on our programs, especially databases, office applications, browser or synchronisation software.

For our product, we also support both the latest version and its forerunner. We offer support for these versions, fix problems and also put, if necessary, important requests into practice.
