New features in version 10 - new modules

CAS modules can be combined freely

Individual corporate areas such as the sales or marketing department or the management have specific requirements regarding a CRM system. With its CAS modules, CAS genesisWorld perfectly suits these requirements.

Marketing

With Marketing, multilevel campaigns are easily scheduled and accurately implemented. You will benefit from the following functions:

  • Use the graphic workflow designer to schedule your campaigns visually fast and easily.
  • Via drag & drop or using the buttons, you can add or deletes addresses from the search, the views and the distribution lists in no time.
  • Addresses can directly be saved as distribution lists.
  • Follow-up campaigns are simply started using addresses from a certain address pool.
  • Customer's reactions are collected directly from the address mask or from phone calls in a separate tab.
  • The approved and preferred contact type is considered automatically: According to the preferred contact type, addresses are assigned to the correct communication channel (e.g. e-mail, post etc.). Missing contact details are pointed out.
  • The template handling can be used to define and use templates for any campaign.
  • Budget and expense budgeting are integrated in the campaign.
  • Detailed evaluations to measure the success of campaigns are available in the Standard and Premium Edition.

Mobility

Many employees need to access customer information even when they are not on the company's premises. They might be working in a home office or use mobile equipment such as smartphones or the Internet. But not all employees. To meet the individual requirements, the following functions were taken out of the Standard Edition and are available as independent modules.

  • Replication – Synchronisation between locations or between notebook and head office.
  • Web access – Access via an Internet browser
  • Mobile access – direct access via mobile equipment such as PDAs and smartphones (separate CAS module available for Blackberry)

Sales (available in autumn 2008)

With Sales, you can reach your sales targets more easily and the sales department will need less time to finish their routine jobs. Sales processes are structured by means of milestones, so that planning, implementation, quote preparation and sales controlling are perfectly under control. All sales employees can concentrate on sales activities.

Structured workflows are ensured thanks to the lead management, the competitor observance, the contact person management and the criteria catalogs for individual sales methods. Use the integrated document management to keep track of all quotes, contracts and invoices. This allows your sales employees to show even more competence.

Report

  • Report analyses customer relations by accessing the current data stock in CAS genesisWorld in real time.
  • Due to flexible filtering functions, data records, links and working hours can be evaluated across several levels.
  • Tables and charts ensure a good overview (pie or bar chart or area diagram).
  • The results can easily be exported to Microsoft Excel of Microsoft Access and can be output as PDF or RTF files.
  • Thanks to the integration of Crystal Reports, Crystal Reports reports are integrated in CAS genesisWorld in no time. Naturally, all reports can be integrated into the Cockpit.

Form Designer

The Form Designer is used to individually design the user interfaces of different data record types. This way they are adjusted to the company's requirements. New fields and new contents for the input assistance can be created. This way, the data structure corresponds to the requirements of individual companies and meets specific demands regarding workflows.

Helpdesk

  • With Helpdesk, support requests are acquired and processed fast and efficiently. Your employees can write service contracts and keep records of product use and individual agreements. Troubleticket pools and transfer are supported, as are rule-based internal and external notifications.
  • The processed troubletickets are transferred to an FAQ database for the affected product or functional area. The FAQ documents are available to the support employees who can search through them easily. Selected FAQ documents can be made available externally in an online portal.
  • The automatic time recording ensures full control of service costs. The handling time and equipment used are recorded automatically or manually. Evaluations can be related to troubletickets or customers. This way the entitlement to benefits of individual customers is also documented.

Project

Project integrates project management with structure and resource planning. The project controlling guarantees time- and cost-oriented project handling. Integration of the procurement makes invoicing easier and makes sure your key figures are always up-to-date.

  • Starting with the first acquisition date, all data, plans and activities are stored clearly and in a structured way in the project.
  • Daily and hourly rates for the services offered can be registered easily in the  genesisWorld product catalog. They are supplemented by price and discount lists for individual customers and text elements to describe the services. Using these items, users only need a couple of mouse clicks to create individual quotes in the corporate design.
  • Templates support the flexible planning of project phases and work stages that come up frequently. In addition to processes in any nesting depths and milestones, you will be able to plan appointments, tasks, phone calls, document templates and quote positions together with the estimated costs. This way, only the required elements are selected and assigned to an employee when an acquisition project is created. This will save you a lot of work, especially because the projects can be adjusted in each phase.
  • The flexibly configurable tree view with integrated Gantt chart and the predecessor/successor dependences, which consistently display extensive projects, provide a good overview. Of course, the utilization and availability of the planned resources are also displayed.
  • Costs, travel expenses and contracted services are acquired completely on the project or handling level. At the touch of a button you can create up-to-date project reports, cross-project cost and sales evaluations as well as sales forecasts – anytime. The project controlling guarantees time- and cost-oriented project handling. Integration of the procurement makes invoicing easier and makes sure your key figures are always up-to-date.

Timeclient online

Using Timeclient online, you acquire work and travel hours, daily allowances and receipts for allowances via the Internet. Your field staff can enter right away how much time they spent at the customer's. The electronic logbook saves mileages and is able to differentiate between personal and corporate use. All data are directly assigned to the corresponding appointments, processes, projects and customers and can be evaluated immediately.

Mobile CRM for Blackberry

 Mobile CRM offers the direct access to CAS genesisWorld via a Blackberry. The user can access the data of your company anytime and anywhere in the world – in real time. For this, the software offers the functions that are used mostly: start the search, maintenance and file view of addresses, appointments and tasks, phone calls and e-mails directly out of the application, make notes regarding incoming and outgoing phone calls and e-mails and archive them at a central location in CAS genesisWorld. The data do not have to be synchronized and local data maintenance is obsolete. Delicate company data are secured through state-of-the-art technology.
