Successful relations management creates a future. Clear dashboard

Clear expansion of the dashboard up to now: freely configurable elements show personally important information in an overview. 

  • The “company dashboard” can access and display data from the whole data stock.
  • Dashboards can also be displayed for each type of data record, e.g. in addresses or projects for an individual customer or project cockpit.
  • Linked data records at one glance: All data records linked to a customer or project can be presented simply: e.g. all appointments, logs or tasks linked to a project.
  • All important key data are clearly presented: With a further module, you can have all information relevant for you displayed, for example, from an address data record. In this manner, you can quickly see the customer status, the sector or the bank details of the customer - without having to click on to the different address tabs.
  • Dashobards can be stored in the same way as navigators, for example, to create distribution dashobards, marketing dashboards or support dashboards.
  • The module ‘Aggregated View’ displays certain data records of a data record type in a summarised form, for example, as table, diagram or as RAG rating.
  • A summarised presentation as a table, diagram or as RAG rating is also possible for linked data records.
  • Important data from external data sources are simply integrated, e.g. from Access, Excel, or SQL databases (only data sources which are accessed by ODBC or OLEDB). For this, you require CAS teamWorks in addition.

Professional customer and address management

  • The address assistant supports you in recording the addresses. It automatically converts unstructured contact information into a structured address data record, checks it for possible duplicates and creates it directly in CAS genesisWorld. Elements such as company, name, telephone, e-mail or Internet address are automatically recognised and transferred to the corresponding fields in the address window.
  • Consistency check in entering or altering the address: postcode/city/country, sort code/bank, first name/title, e-mail address/type of contact, homepage etc.
  • Duplicate check: check, comparison and replacement of duplicates through the OMIKRON address centre reference data bases from address service providers such as bedirect or YellowMap check, correct and enhance addresses in accordance with requirement.

Cost-free add-on CAS Info@Click

The cost-free add-on, CAS Info@Click, makes for noticeable work alleviation in collecting addresses. CAS Info@Click creates addresses from e-mail signatures, Word/PDF files, Internet pages or similar directly in CAS genesisWorld as an individual/company contact or contact, checks possible duplicates and starts interactions such as telephone calls and emails. Mature search features across several applications – e.g. CAS genesisWorld, yellow pages, city map or various web pages – are just as fully integrated in CAS Info@Click as also a translation feature.

Automatic notification and action service

Different features make daily work more straightforward, better and more efficient.

  • Check for "Field value is achieved" (e. g. turnover > 10,000 euro)
  • Never again forget birthdays: The notification and action service informs you about imminent birthdays of your customers and can, in addition, automatically transmit a predefined birthday greeting to the customer.
  • A summarised presentation as a table, diagram or RAG rating is also possible for linked data records.
  • Obligatory notification even if the rules are not subscribed to.
  • A colleague links a protocol with our project. The notification and action service automatically informs you about it.

Links

  • Links can be fitted out with attributes to define roles such as “person in charge” or "decision-maker” in the company.
  • In addition, relations/cardinalities between data records can be deposited (m:n, 1:n, 1:1), for example, parent company and subsidiary for groups.
  • Links are recorded in the journal, all alterations to the links can be reconstructed on request.

Twin list

  • The twin list represents any two data record types combined with one another and filtered via link logic.
  • Analysis of data through two tables
  • Analysis of the list through following reports

Documents & correspondence

  • Quick opening of documents for reading and processing (in data record window and with key combination).
  • Display of users who edit a document
  • Sorting according to document type, e.g. PDF/Word/PowerPoint

Appointment/process management

  • Straightforward alteration to individual appointments within one series appointment
  • Smart working with the shared calendar view on colleagues’ calendars  – drop-down list with text input: Separated by a comma, several names can be entered which are to be displayed as a group diary. The entry of abbreviations for the names is possible.
  • Quick view of a group calendar about the participants in an appointment
  • Export of appointments in vCal format

Telephoning

  • Telephone number recognition: Telephone numbers which are not yet known in CAS genesisWorld can be automatically checked through an external address service provider. On recognising a matching address, this is created on request as a data record in CAS genesisWorld and linked with the telephone note.
  • In the case of redirected calls, the original called is displayed and linked with the telephone memo
  • Selection of telephone numbers in case of open calls
  • Improved telephone number recognition also for extensions, improved telephone number formatting
  • Clearer configuration interface in the settings

Tabs/ navigator tabs

  • Views in the navigator can be presented through the context menu in the new tab without closing existing views – parallel working through quick change without numerous open windows

Search

  • Improved search concept through new search models
  • Search in YellowMap in case of non-existing addresses with possibility of taking them over

Opportunity

  • Communication possibility directly from the opportunity, e.g. e-mail, telephone calls
