CAS
Software AG is one of the 100 best employers among Germany's small and
medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) according to the results of the latest Top Job
survey, a nationwide, cross-sectoral corporate benchmarking competition. This
accolade has been awarded for the past six years to mid-sized firms for their
outstanding HR management policies. To qualify for the award, CAS had to undergo
a stringent, three-stage process devised by the Institute for Leadership and
Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
In 2006, the CAS Software AG was the first company from the IT industry that received the award "Innovator
of the Year". Thus, CAS Software AG is the overall winner of the countrywide TOP 100 comparison study in which
the most innovative companies of the SME sector participate annually. On 23rd June 2006, Prof. Dr. h. c.
Lothar Späth also presented the award in the category "Innovationsförderndes Top-Management", a category that
measures the success of the management in motivating the employees to develop new ideas for the company,
to Martin Hubschneider, Chairman of the Management Board of CAS Software AG.

At the CRM-expo 2005 trade fair in Nuremberg, the insurance company Assekuranz Herrmann and the telecommunications
service provider TüNet won the CRM Best Practice Award. Both companies have optimised their customer relationship
management with CAS genesisWorld. This was the third consecutive time that a CAS genesisWorld user in the SME
category won an award. In 2003, the materials manufacturer Isabellenhütte Heusler was awarded the CRM Best
Practice Gold Award. In 2004, the hotel marketing association Business Travel International won the coveted prize.
As part of the countrywide comparison study Top 100, the CAS Software AG was placed among the top ten most
innovative companies of the SME sector for the third consecutive time. The quality seal Top 100 is awarded
annually to companies that stand out through their innovation success on the market and high-quality
innovation management.
On 10th November 2004, the Business Travel International GmbH was awarded the CRM Best Practice Gold Award 2004
for the small and mid-sized company category at the CRM Expo. The company was awarded for its cross-locational
customer and information management with CAS genesisWorld.
Within the scope of the CRM market study, Hewson Group, schwetz consulting and Naujoks & Collegen are conducting
a CRM software practice test. The certification is based on the solution of practical tasks that are at the
forefront in the everyday life of the users, such as contact management, data import or the organisation of
mailing campaigns. CAS genesisWorld has successfully passed the practice test.

TOP 100 award for its outstanding innovative performances. For the second consecutive time, CAS could secure the prize in the category "Innovative Climate" as part of the countrywide comparison study.
The prize honours an open and fair climate in partnership.
With CAS genesisWorld 6, CAS Software
received the TeleTalk Best of CeBIT 2004 Award in the category Call Centre & CRM Solutions.
The motivations of the TeleTalk Jury were as follows:
"In the new release, the CRM groupware for SMEs includes telephone functions that ensure
an always-comprehensive central customer file. A thought-out menu setup and adaptation to the
individual functions make a crucial contribution to the acceleration of the work with the sales tool."
On 12th
November 2003, the CAS genesisWorld customer Isabellenhütte Heusler in Dillenburg was awarded the
CRM Best Practice Award for the small and mid-sized company category at the CRM Expo. The prize is awarded
by the acquisa magazine, in cooperation with the trade fair organiser IMP, for especially successful
CRM projects in practice.

for its outstanding innovations. Furthermore, CAS Software was chosen as a winner in the category

In 1998, the customer and information management system CAS genesisWorld was awarded the European IT Prize
by the European Commission. Today, more than 34,000 users work daily with CAS genesisWorld, confirming the
decision of the judges at that time.
